NetScopeX provides informational network diagnostic tools, including IP lookup, IP geolocation, DNS lookup, WHOIS lookup, SSL certificate checks, HTTP header inspection, domain checks, and website availability checks. The service is intended for education, troubleshooting, website administration, and legitimate technical diagnostics.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Results are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. IP geolocation databases, DNS resolvers, WHOIS registries, SSL endpoints, and website responses may be incomplete, delayed, cached, redacted, or temporarily unavailable. You should verify important findings with authoritative providers before making operational, security, legal, or business decisions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, overload the tools, submit automated high-volume requests, attempt to bypass rate controls, or use results for spam, harassment, surveillance, unauthorized access, profiling private individuals, or any unlawful activity.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the information returned by the tools. If you test domains, websites, or network resources that you do not own, you must ensure your use is lawful, reasonable, and consistent with the policies of the relevant service providers.

5. Third-Party Data

Some results may be derived from public records, third-party datasets, registry data, resolver behavior, or remote server responses. NetScopeX does not control those sources and is not responsible for their availability, completeness, or accuracy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetScopeX is not liable for damages, losses, outages, incorrect decisions, or other consequences arising from use of the website, reliance on results, or inability to access the service.

7. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
